东莞市索立得模型科技有限公司（以下简称FMS）建立于2007年1月，至今已有11年的发展历程。11年的发展过程中，FMS由开始的20人团队，1000平方米厂区，两款机型产品，发展到如今150人员工，7000平方米厂区，90多款机型。2011年是FMS的转折点，那年9月份，厂区已由深圳地区转移到东莞地区，厂区面积在过去9年内不断变大，公司规模不断变强，已经完全形成研发、生产、销售为一体的航模业高新技术企业。九年对于一个公司来说是很短的数字，但年轻的公司却拥有众多老练，经验丰富，有战斗力，高素质的员工队伍，更重要的是公司决策层有很好的管理模式和行动力。9年的发展有低谷，有高潮，但我们一直保持积极进取，积极向上的态度。精于静，精于动是我们的发展理念，我们会一直贯此理念，使公司发展越来越好。
